We offer three different editions of Unified Contacts:
Unified Contacts Pro
Unified Contacts Community Edition
Unified Contacts Free
While all versions have a similar code base, a conversion between the free an the other versions is not possible, because of the different backend hosting model (SaaS vs. customer tenant deployment).
In opposite to that you can easily convert a Community Edition to Pro by just adding a license key.
Unified Contacts Pro comes with all features and is supported by our team. We charge a subscription fee for Unified Contacts Pro.
