Our Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use", "TOU") govern the use of our app services for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office 365 (the "Service") operated by glueckkanja-gab AG ("us", "we" or "our").
Before using our Service, please read these terms and, if necessary, review them with a decision maker in your organization.
To use the Service, you must be of legal age in the state or province in which you reside. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Service
Unified Contacts is a software solution developed by glueckkanja-gab AG that supports the usage of your contacts in Microsoft Teams. See our website and docs for more details on the solution.
We offer two operations models:
Unified Contacts Free / Software as a service (SaaS) operated by glueckkanja-gab AG
Unified Contacts Pro / Azure App operated by the customer
Purchase and Subscriptions
Unified Contacts Free
The Service is provided free of charge.
Unified Contacts Pro
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). With a Subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle(s)"). Billing cycles are set on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when you purchase a Subscription. Unified Contacts Free cannot be converted into a paid license of Unified Contacts Pro. The day of activation corresponds to the subscription start date.
Changes to the Fees
glueckkanja-gab AG may, at its sole discretion and at any time, change the subscription fees. Any change in subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We will provide you with reasonable notice, no later than three months prior to the effective date, of any change in Subscription Fees. You may then cancel the subscription in due time.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change in subscription fees will be deemed to be your agreement to pay the revised amount of the subscription fees.
Refunds
Unless required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
Termination
After cancellation of the Service, it will be terminated at the end of the current term.
Provided you no longer wish to use our Service immediately, you may delete the app from your Microsoft Teams Admin Center or revoke the app permissions in your tenant. Search queries will then no longer be possible for your users.
We may terminate your tenant from our Service without notice or liability if you violate these terms. Upon termination of your Subscription, your right to use the Service will terminate as of the termination date.
Free Trial Period
glueckkanja-gab AG may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription of the Unified Contacts Pro with a free and limited trial period ("Free Trial"). There is no entitlement to a free trial period.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall glueckkanja-gab AG, nor any of its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
Any third party conduct or content on the Service;
Any Content obtained from the Service; and
Unauthorized access, use or modification of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
If a claim for liability nevertheless arises, such a claim shall be limited to the amount of the subscription fee for the most recent billing period paid by customer.
Disclaimer
Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
glueckkanja-gab AG, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its licensors do not warrant that
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
Any errors or defects will be corrected;
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of glueckkanja-gab AG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws both in Germany and abroad. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or Service without the prior written consent of glueckkanja-gab AG.
Modifications
Terms of use
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Product Features
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add, modify or eliminate features from the Service. By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction is Offenbach/Main in Germany.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The severability clause applies to these terms and conditions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Service and supersede all prior agreements between us with respect to the Service.

glueckkanja-gab AG has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
