Unified Contacts Free
If you would like to uninstall Unified Contacts for any reason, you can easily do that.
First, remove the installed app in your Microsoft Teams Desktop client by right-clicking on the app icon and select Uninstall.
To uninstall the app for all users, open the Microsoft Teams Admin Center and go into the app section, search for Unified Contacts, open the properties and select Delete.
Next, you must remove the granted app permissions. As a Global Administrator open the Enterprise applications in your Azure Active Directory management, search for Unified Contacts and open the properties of the app.
In the overview, switch to the properties, click Delete and confirm to remove the Unified Contacts app from your tenant.
