If you would like to uninstall Unified Contacts for any reason, you can easily do that.

  • First, remove the installed app in your Microsoft Teams Desktop client by right-clicking on the app icon and select Uninstall.

  • To uninstall the app for all users, open the Microsoft Teams Admin Center and go into the app section, search for Unified Contacts, open the properties and select Delete.

  • Next, you must remove the granted app permissions. As a Global Administrator open the Enterprise applications in your Azure Active Directory management, search for Unified Contacts and open the properties of the app.

  • In the overview, switch to the properties, click Delete and confirm to remove the Unified Contacts app from your tenant.
